Until 1967 communication engineer with the Austrian Post Office; 1970 Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland, College Park, USA; since 1972 Professor of Systems Theory at the University of Linz; 1975 and 1982 Visiting Professor School of Advanced Technology, State University of N.Y. at Binghampton, USA.

Research Interests:

Systems Theory as Applied to Engineering, Development of Design Methods and Tools for Hetero-Genious Complex Computer Based Systems.
